Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide and worldwide. All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post, in plain, discreet packaging.

1. Australian shipping

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times (Australia Post Express)

Australia Post Express delivers within the Express Post Network by the next business day. Outside the Express Network, delivery times will be longer. Estimated guides:

  • Metropolitan areas (within Express Network): 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only. While Australia Post aims to meet these timeframes, delivery may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, public holidays, peak periods, courier delays).

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website.

2. International shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Restricted destinations

Due to local laws and import restrictions, we do not ship to the following countries:

  • India
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Malaysia
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam
  • Any other country where the import or sale of these products is prohibited by law.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.

If a parcel is rejected, refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.

3. Discreet packaging

We understand the personal nature of our products. All orders are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no visible reference to the product or LemmeSensa. The sender name on the parcel will appear as a generic business identifier.

4. Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and re-send the order at the customer's expense.

5. Lost or undelivered parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours, building managers or family members;
  2. Check with your local Australia Post office (a calling card may have been left);
  3. Contact Australia Post with your tracking number;
  4. If still unresolved, email us at lily@lemmesensa.com.au within 14 days of the marked delivery date.

For parcels that are confirmed lost in transit, we will work with Australia Post to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours at lily@lemmesensa.com.au.

7. Order changes

If you need to update your delivery address or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.
