Welcome to LemmeSensa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website lemmesensa.com.au and any purchases you make from us. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website, create an account, or purchase any products.
By using this website, you confirm that:

- you are legally able to enter into a binding contract;
- you are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the buyer is under 18.
3. Products
Our products are intended for adult use only. They are sold as sensual wellness and personal pleasure products.
We do everything we can to display products accurately, including colours, materials and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and product batches. Product images are illustrative.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- We accept payment via Shopify Payments, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay.
- Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
- inability to verify age;
- incorrect pricing or stock errors;
- delivery to a restricted region.

8. Consumer guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Manufacturer warranty
Most of our products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty periods vary by brand and product. If you receive a faulty product, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for our remedy process.
10. Promotional codes and discounts
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the following:
- one code per order unless otherwise stated;
- not redeemable for cash;
- cannot be applied to past orders;
- may be subject to expiry dates and minimum spend requirements;
- we reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
11. Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, branding, product photography, video and copy — is owned by LemmeSensa Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, including:
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- transmitting viruses or harmful code;
- scraping, copying or reselling our content;
- impersonating another person;
- harassing, threatening or abusing our staff or other users.
13. Account security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised use of your account.
14. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemmeSensa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim, regardless of cause, is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Force majeure</
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, courier disruptions, technical failures, or changes in law.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
