HOW TO BEGIN
A simple ritual
Charge fully before first use using the magnetic USB cable. The LED indicator will show when charging is complete.
Select your attachment and click it onto the handle until it locks. Choose the ball tip to start if you are new to the Bess 2.
Press and hold the power button to activate the pre-heat function. Wait until the surface reaches 42°C — this takes approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
Apply water-based lubricant to the attachment surface. Press the function button to select your preferred vibration pattern and intensity.
To use app control, download the ZALO app and follow the pairing instructions. Clean with mild soap and warm water after each use. Avoid silicone-based lubricants.

Before you decide
Can I use all four attachments with the same handle?
Yes. All four attachments: ball tip, petal head, G-spot shaft, and anal beads connect to the same Bess 2 handle. Simply click on and off to swap.
Do I need the app to use it?
No. The Bess 2 works fully with the physical buttons on the handle. The ZALO app is optional. It adds remote and partner control, but is not required for full functionality.
How does the pre-heat function work?
The Bess 2 intelligently warms to 42°C / 107°F before use, closely simulating body temperature. Activate it via the button or app and allow 1 to 2 minutes before use.
Is it waterproof?

What lubricant should I use?
Water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricants may degrade the silicone surface of the attachments over time.
